At Sister Hair Studio, our policies are in place to protect your time, our team’s time, and the overall experience in the salon. When everyone is aligned, we’re able to deliver the high-quality, consistent results we’re known for.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
A card on file will be required to rebook.
We understand that things come up. However, last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are difficult to fill and directly impact our stylists.
Redo & Adjustments
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand by our work.
If you feel your hair needs an adjustment:
Please notify us within 7 days of your appointment
Adjustments are complementary when they align with the original consultation.
Please note:
Changes in preference (wanting something different than originally discussed) are not considered a redo
Results that differ due to undisclosed hair history (box dye, previous color, keratin treatment) may require additional services at cost.
We are always willing to work with you to ensure you love your hair.

Due to the time, product, and customized nature of our services:
All services are non-refundable.
